Acceptance of Terms: This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the TrustInvest platform ("Platform", "Service") and its related services provided by TrustInvest Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering on the Platform or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use our Platform. This Agreement is legally binding between you and the Company from the moment you start using the Service.

Description of Services

Main Services: The Company provides an online platform for investing in USDT staking with various investment plans. Our services include accepting deposits in USDT, placing funds in staking programs, accruing interest income, and returning funds at the end of the investment period.

Investment Plans: The Platform offers several investment plans with different terms, minimum amounts, and interest rates. Detailed information about each plan, including conditions, risks, and expected returns, is presented in the relevant section of the Platform. All return figures are indicative and are not guaranteed.

Additional Services: In addition to core investment services, we offer an affiliate program allowing users to earn commissions for referring new investors, customer support, educational materials, and analytical tools for monitoring investments.

Service Limitations: Our services are available only to users who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not provide investment advice or recommendations. All investment decisions are made by users independently based on their own analysis and risk assessment.

What documents are needed for verification?

Personal Information: When you register on our platform, we collect the following personal information: full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, country of residence, and address. This information is necessary to create your account, conduct the identity verification (KYC) process, and ensure the security of your investments.

Verification Procedure (KYC): In accordance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements, all users must undergo an identity verification procedure. This includes providing identity documents, proof of residential address, and additional information upon the Company's request.

Verification Levels: The platform uses a multi-level verification system. The basic level allows you to create an account and familiarize yourself with the services. Full verification is required to make deposits and withdrawals. VIP status provides additional privileges and increased limits.

Refusal of Verification: The Company reserves the right to refuse verification or block an account in case of provision of false information, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with regulatory requirements.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Operations: Users can fund their accounts by transferring USDT to the specified wallet addresses. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are indicated for each investment plan. Deposits are processed automatically after the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

Investment Plans: After funding an account, users can choose a suitable investment plan and place funds in staking. Interest income is accrued daily according to the terms of the selected plan. Early closure of a deposit may incur penalties.

Withdrawal of Funds: Users can request the withdrawal of available funds to their cryptocurrency wallets. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours from the time of the request. The Company charges a fee for processing withdrawals in accordance with the rates specified on the Platform.

Commissions and Fees: All applicable commissions and fees are clearly stated on the Platform before any transactions are made. Fees may change depending on market conditions and the technical requirements of blockchain networks. Users will be notified of any changes to fees in advance.

User Rights and Obligations

User Rights: Users have the right to receive services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, protection of personal data according to the Privacy Policy, receive technical support, access information about their account status and investments, and to have complaints and disputes considered fairly.

User Obligations: Users are obliged to provide accurate information, comply with the terms of this Agreement, not use the Platform for illegal purposes, maintain the security of their account, promptly report suspicious activity, and comply with applicable law.

Prohibited Actions: Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts, using automated systems to access the Platform, providing false information, infringing on intellectual property rights, engaging in fraudulent activities, or any actions that may harm the Platform or other users.

Account Responsibility: Users bear full responsibility for the security of their login credentials and all operations performed through their account. In case of an account compromise, users must immediately notify customer support and take steps to restore security.

Investment Strategies and Asset Management

General Risks: Investing in cryptocurrency assets involves high risks, including the possibility of a total loss of invested funds. The value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate significantly due to market, technological, regulatory, and other factors. Past performance does not guarantee future returns.

Technological Risks: The use of blockchain technologies and smart contracts may be subject to technical failures, hacking attacks, code errors, or other technological problems. We take measures to minimize these risks but cannot completely eliminate them.

Changes in Legislation: The legal regulation of cryptocurrencies and related services is actively evolving in many jurisdictions. New laws, rules, or interpretations of existing legislation can significantly impact the availability of our services, their terms, or the very possibility of the platform's operation.

Liquidity and Availability: In certain circumstances, temporary unavailability of the Platform or restrictions on fund withdrawals may occur. This may be due to technical maintenance, regulatory requirements, or extraordinary circumstances. We strive to minimize such incidents and notify users in advance.

Social Responsibility:

Company's Limitation of Liability: The Company provides the Platform and services "as is" without any guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or achievement of specific results. Our liability is limited to the amount of funds actually received by us from a specific user over the last 12 months.

Exclusions from Liability: The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or damage to business reputation, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for failure or improper performance of obligations if it is caused by circumstances of force majeure, including natural disasters, military actions, terrorist acts, changes in legislation, technical failures of internet providers, or blockchain networks.

Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify the Company against any losses, expenses, or third-party claims arising from the user's breach of the terms of this Agreement, applicable law, or the rights of third parties.

Acceptance of Risks and Responsibility

Company's Rights: All materials on the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, are the property of the Company or used under license. These materials are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

License to Use: The Company grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Any other use requires the written permission of the Company.

Prohibited Use: Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or creating derivative works based on the Platform's materials without the written consent of the Company. The use of automated means to extract data from the Platform is also prohibited.

Feedback: Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback provided by users to the Company may be used without restriction and without any obligation to provide compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

User Agreement

Termination by User: Users may stop using the Platform and close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closing the account, all active deposits must be completed according to their terms, and any available funds must be withdrawn.

Termination by Company: The Company may suspend or terminate a user's access to the Platform in case of a breach of this Agreement, suspicion of fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or for other justified reasons. Users will be notified of such actions in advance whenever possible.

Consequences of Termination: Upon termination of the Agreement, users lose access to the Platform but retain the right to receive funds in their account in accordance with the terms of the investment plans. The obligations of confidentiality and limitation of liability shall survive the termination of the Agreement.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution: The parties undertake to make good faith efforts to resolve any disputes through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it may be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of international commercial arbitration.

Changes to the Agreement: The Company may amend the terms of this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through notifications on the Platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely matches the original intent of the parties.
